Wasa sourdough rye is our crispbread baked to our own recipe with natural sourdough. This gives the cracker a wonderfully full flavour and is also rich in fibre.
Ingredients
Wholemeal RYE FLOUR 96g*, sourdough from wholemeal RYE 19g* (wholemeal RYE FLOUR, water), yeast, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids). *In g to make 100 g of the product. May contain LUPIN, MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME SEED and SOY. 105 g of whole grain have been used to produce 100 g of final product.
