Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal and exceptions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the products are eligible for this.

However, because we work with food and fresh products, a statutory exception applies to this right of withdrawal. Products that can spoil quickly, have a limited shelf life, or whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

2. Ordered the wrong product?
Did you accidentally order the wrong product? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 14 days). Although food items cannot in principle be returned, we will be happy to look for a suitable and customer-friendly solution together with you.

3. Received a wrong or damaged product?
Although we pack your order with the utmost care, unfortunately things can sometimes go wrong during transport. Have you received a damaged product or did we make a mistake when packing? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send a photo of the product in question directly. We will then provide a replacement product or a refund free of charge.

4. Return costs
If we decide in consultation with you that a product may nevertheless be returned, the costs for the return shipment are in principle at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service. In that case, we can provide you with a return label, the costs of which will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

5. How to contact us?
For all questions about returns or problems with your order, you can send an email to: [email protected]. Always include your order number so we can help you quickly. As soon as we have approved a possible refund, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the account used to make the original payment.
