Cardini's original caesard dressing is a tangy and creamy dressing composed of white wine vinegar, mustard flour and worchester sauce, to which a spicy Italian cheese has been added.

Rapeseed oil (62%), water, pasteurised EGG YOLK, white wine vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK) (1%), MUSTARD FLOUR, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce (water, spirit vinegar, BARLEY MALT VINEGAR, sugar, molasses, salt, dried onion, dried garlic, tamarind paste, dried ginger, chilli powder), dried garlic, dried onion, extra virgin olive oil, anchovy paste (anchovy (FISH), salt, olive oil), stabiliser: xanthan gum.
