Bertolli Tomato & Mascarpone is inspired by the Italian island of Sardinia and is so delicious because it's seasoned with parsley, mascarpone, and Pecorino Romano cheese. The pasta sauce is made with Italian tomatoes, ripened under the Italian sun. The tomatoes are harvested during the season, when they are at their peak.
