Gluten-free whole grain OATS (62%), sustainable palm oil, brown sugar, blueberries (3.5%) (blueberries, sugar, sunflower oil), tapioca starch, partially inverted syrup, Lyle's golden syrup, raising agents (sodium carbonate, disodium diphosphate, potassium hydrogen carbonate), raspberry pieces (1%) (raspberry, apple juice concentrate, citrus pectin, apple powder), currants (1%) (currants, sunflower oil), natural flavourings, sea salt. Both our recipe and our factory are NUT-free. We cannot guarantee that our ingredients are NUT-free. Manufactured on machines that have come into contact with MILK. Not suitable if you are allergic to avenin, a protein naturally found in OATS.
