Pork, salts (table salt, potassium chloride), dextrose, spices, sugar, stabiliser (E450), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), ferments, preservative (sodium nitrite), sausage casing: pork gut. For 100 grams of dry sausage, 173 grams of pork were used.
