Star aniseed is by far the most beautiful spice in Euroma's range. The shape is unique, the taste and smell are wonderful. This star anise comes from Vietnam. It is formed by fruits of yellow flowers that open in the shape of an eight-pointed star. Delicious to add in Chinese and Indonesian dishes, but also very tasty in meat dishes and hot drinks.
