whole wheat flour, 12% WHEAT FLAKES, 11% kernels (pumpkin, sunflower), yeast, rapeseed oil, whole grain rye flour, vegetable fibers (inulin), dextrinated WHEAT flour, 1.2% SESAME SEED, malted barley flour, malted barley extract, caramel, salt, WHEAT flour, Malted rye flour, breadcrumbs (contains WHEAT, RYE, BARLEY and SESAME SEED), flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid, L-cysteine). May contain traces of other gluten containing grains, soya, milk and mustard.
